These palms are hermaphrodites and self pollinate
Above - Cocos Nucifera - Coco Palm
Trunk - 20 to 30cm Height - up to 30m
Hermaphrodite palm

Below - Chamaerops Humilis - European/Mediterranean Fan Palm
Trunk - 15 to 20cm Height- up to 5m
Again a hermaphrodite palm
Above - Phoenix Dactylifera - True Date Palm

The Phoenix palms have both male trees and female trees - the female producing dates when a male tree is nearby
Below - Phoenix Canariensis - Canary Date Palm
Trunk - 50 to 100cm Height - up to 20m
